MONDAY Day 1 (May 5th)
Start of Innovation Bootcamps, Welcome & Keynote Session
Objective: Kick off the event with the start of the innovation bootcamps, be welcomed by the university leaders and be part of a keynote session by Prof. Christopher James from the University of Warwick.
Activities:
- 16:00 – 17:00 (Club ISCTE room)
Check-in and coffee break – Pick up your name badges and welcome kits and enjoy the coffee break!
Get to know your group – Informal networking activity among the students and groups so that you get to know each other in person.

Start of the Innovation Bootcamps – Proposal of work for the week in the scope of the Innovation Bootcamps will be shared with the students.

Opening Ceremony – The official opening ceremony will include speeches from Prof. Maria das Dores Guerreiro, Vice-Rector of Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon for Internationalization; Prof. Ricardo Paes Mamede, Head of the school of Applied Digital Technologies (Iscte Sintra); and Oscar Rodríguez Diaz, Project Adviser from Digital Europe Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) (to be confirmed).

TUESDAY Day 2 (May 6th)
Innovation Bootcamps & Enterprise
Objective: Provide theoretical and practical insights into innovative health technologies, interact with various enterprises and participate in hands-on-activities!
Activities:

Interaction with enterprises and start of the hands-on-activities – Following the enterprises’ introductions, each group of students will have dedicated time to interact with the enterprise that proposed their problem. This is an opportunity to ask questions, clarify doubts, and gain insights into the enterprise’s challenges, such as industry context, customer needs, and market constraints. These discussions will help students develop a well-informed Business Model Canvas and align their solutions with real business needs. - 13:00 – 14:00 (Club ISCTE room)

Service Design Workshop Day
Objective: Get to know your teachers, collaborate on service design projects and develop prototypes!
Activities:

Objective: Closing of the Innovation Bootcamps, facilitate in-depth interactions between you and your curricular unit teachers, culminating in a closing ceremony.
